How to play
Each round you get one VCT team. Pick a single player into an open role slot until your five is full.
Duelist, Initiator, Controller, and Sentinel shape your composition. Off-role picks weaken tournament strength.
Flex is your flexible fifth. The IGL badge marks the in-game leader — leadership helps late-round calls.
Skip replaces the offered team with another (limited uses). It does not undo a pick you already made.
After the draft, your roster enters a simulated tournament. Win matches to advance; lose enough in groups or any knockout match and you’re eliminated.
The gauntlet runs Groups → Quarterfinals → Semifinals → Grand Final. Placement labels (e.g. “Semifinal”) show how far you got before elimination.
Beat your opponent in the Grand Final to lift the trophy as Champion. Runner-up still earns a strong Daily score.
Daily score: placement is the big chunk (Champion is best), unused skips and underdog rosters add a little, maps and rounds you drop cost points. Score never goes below 0.
Player ratings are Valodraft’s own gameplay model — not official Riot or VCT leaderboard stats.
Unlimited: practice any mode. Daily: one shared run per day. Challenges: share or compete on a fixed draft seed.
